Recycled Craft: Dinosaur Feet from Tissue Boxes

We play a lot of dress up at our house, and we like to incorporate it into our kids’ crafts.  Right now my 4-year-old is VERY into dinosaurs.  Like, she can see a picture of one and tell you if it’s an Argentinosaurus or an Ankylosaurus or whatever other kind of -osaurus it might happen to be.  On this particular day, we made a dinosaur feet craft to round out a costume we already had.

What You Need to Make a Dinosaur Feet Craft

  • Two tissue boxes
  • Green construction paper
  • White paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue (I used tape here, but I recommend glue)
  • Pen/Pencil

What I Learned the Hard Way:

If I did this kids’ craft again, I would glue the construction paper to the tissue boxes instead of using tape.  The tape just didn’t hold up that well.
