Let’s get started on this cute little craft project! First, gather all of your supplies. This will make crafting a lot easier.

Begin by painting the bottom of a paper bowl. Once the base layer is dry, you can use an alternate color and paint spots on the bowl.  I used white paint and a sponge brush to add the spots. However, you can use any color you like.

Next, cut the paper tube to size. If you are making several, cut the tubes to different sizes.

Then, cut a strip of green construction paper to wrap around the paper tube. After you cut the paper, cut strips in the paper to mimic grass.  For a Christmas version, you might want to use a neutral gray or brown for the stem to make it look more seasonally appropriate.

Now, glue the construction paper grass onto the paper tube.
