Virtual Story Time at 9:00am (CT) on Facebook and Instagram
During story time we will be reading Coyote Peterson’s Brave Adventures: Wild Animals in a Wild World! Buy on Amazon or at your local indie book store.
Activity: Create paper tube binoculars and go on a neighborhood scavenger hunt.
Supplies you’ll need:
- 2 Paper Tube Rolls.
- Construction Paper.
- Glue – Optional Paint Brush.
- Scissors.
- Ribbon or Yarn.
- Printable Scavenger Hunt Page.
- Hole Punch.

Activity: Create a paper plate dinosaur pterodactyl.

- 1/2 Paper plate.
- Scissors.
- Construction paper (or corrugated paper for a cool texture).
- School glue.
- Paint and paint brush.

Draw with us! We will be guiding you through a fun symmetry drawing exercise, bringing facial emotions to life.

Activity: Learn to draw an alligator! Our senior graphic designer, Lilia, will give you a step-by-step tutorial on the ease of creating your own alligator illustration. Click the tutorial guide below to print. The lesson will be taken from our Animal Drawing Book.
