Let’s get started on this fun Father’s Day card! First, gather all of your supplies. This will make crafting a lot easier.
Begin by painting your little one’s hands grey or black. Then, carefully place them on the cardstock and lift them straight back up. Cross the thumbs over each other when you place them on the paper. Then, paint in the spaces without paint.
After the paint has fully dried, use the green or white paint to paint the buttons on the handprint game controller.
Finally, write a message to dad on the card. If your child isn’t quote ready for handwriting, you could draw the letters with dotted lines for the child to trace.
A few ideas for the cards could be –
- Sorry I push your buttons Dad.
- Dad, you’re a level up!
- Happy Father’s Day!
This would be a fun birthday card for gamer dads too.
