Ingredients:
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Press the dough down into the pan and slightly up the sides, and press the seams together. Place it in the oven and bake for 12-16 minutes or until it’s golden brown. Let it cool completely. Start chopping up your veggies into a small dice. I chopped up 4 large radishes.
Then a carrot, a handful of broccoli and a handful of cauliflower. Grab a medium sized bowl and put in the sour cream.
Then add the cream cheese and garlic powder. Mix it throughly until all the lumps are gone and it’s nice and smooth.
Then spread the mixture all over the crust, and top it will all the diced veggies! Press the veggies gently into the mixture so they stay put.

And cut your pizza into pieces!
You can cut them all the same, or you can cut them like I do into different sizes so each person can pick the size of their slice.
Either serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2-3 days. It never lasts more than 2 days in my house! I hope you all enjoyed learning how to make my Easy Veggie Pizza Recipe, and I hope your family and friends love it too!!
