These Christmas mandalas would be awesome if you printed them out onto Shrinky Dink ink jet plastic “paper”, colored them and hung them as suncatchers or Christmas ornaments! (I just thought of that – I think I know what I am doing later today!). What grandparent or auntie wouldn’t love something like that as a special Christmas gift?
Every season, I’m finding that one of my most favorite posts to put up are my mandala coloring pages! They are just as meditative to make as they are to color. They are also popular with the adults, because of their intricate designs. But even little kids can color mandalas, they might just color the whole thing with one crayon, though, and that’s totally OK! As long as they are enjoying themselves, who are we to make silly “rules” about how they choose to express themselves?
Additionally, here are some Christmas-y adult coloring mandalas taken from some of my mandala coloring books for adults. I’m not really producing any new adult coloring books, but am releasing plenty of free adult coloring pages here instead! 🙂
